Comprehensive Interior Design and Implementation of an Office Building

In 2023, we were approached by Danczek Teplice to participate in a tender for the design and implementation of the complete interior of their office building. Our team of designers and technicians prepared an innovative and aesthetically refined proposal that made a strong impression. After approval, we were entrusted with finalizing the complete interior design, including details such as wall shades, flooring materials, and technical system specifications.

The interior design encompassed every aspect of the spaces, from offices to reception areas, meeting rooms, and relaxation zones. The design was based on carefully selected materials that ensure both visual appeal and long-term durability and functionality. Egger laminate boards were used in several elegant shades: W1100 ST9 (Alpine White), H1318 ST10 (Natural Wild Oak), and U968 ST9 (Carbon Grey) for standard office spaces. For executive areas, we opted for more luxurious finishes in shades H1181 ST37 (Tobacco Halifax Oak) and U899 ST9 (Soft Black).

In collaboration with the client, we presented and approved all materials in our showroom, which were later used for furniture production. The project implementation took place in 2024 and included furnishing offices, executive spaces, two receptions, three meeting rooms, nine restrooms, and six kitchenettes. Additionally, the project included facilities for building security and outdoor terraces designed for employees’ relaxation in both summer and winter seasons.

The project was complemented by high-quality equipment ensuring the comfort and functionality of the spaces. Kitchens were outfitted with Electrolux appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. Sinks and faucets from Franke seamlessly matched the modern design, enhancing the overall aesthetics.
