Production. Exactly to the approved design.
Whether the design was made with us, with your architect or with your designer, we turn it into production data and prepare every component according to the design. Thanks to our own production we carry on exactly where the approved design ended, and prepare the job for installation.
our approach
When the design has to hold up in production too
In the design, every decision follows on from the last. In production, every joint and every edge has to follow on too.
The approved design passes to the production engineers, who turn it into production data, and then to the workshop. Production therefore works from the same solution the client, architect or designer approved. We solve the technical details in advance, not during installation.
Our own designs and documentation supplied by an external architect or designer go through the same process. Every project gets the technical preparation needed for its specific materials, construction and method of installation.
With us there is a direct route from design to production. No unnecessary handovers. No loss of information.
step by step
What happens before the first cabinet is made
- 01
Technical preparation
We turn the approved design into production data. Every component gets its dimensions, material, edging and hardware. This is where we work out how the individual parts will follow on in production and during installation.
- 02
CNC programming
The production data becomes programs for the individual machines. They set the panel formats, drilling, milling and the other operations needed for the specific job.
- 03
Making the components
Cutting, milling, drilling and edge banding. CNC technology makes it possible to produce individual components precisely and repeatably from the prepared data.
- 04
Manual inspection
During production we check dimensions, edges and surfaces, and finish by hand the details that call for it. The machines provide the precision of production, but responsibility for the result stays with people.
- 05
Assembly
We assemble the finished components, fit the hardware and prepare them for installation. The job leaves the workshop ready in just the way installation will need it.
- 06
Dispatch
We pack and dispatch the finished parts in line with the installation sequence. The installation team can then build on the prepared documentation and the organisation of the whole job.
behind every component
People and technology
The machines provide the precision and repeatability of production. The production engineers and the production team decide how to turn the prepared data into actual components, oversee the course of production and solve the details of individual jobs. The installation team then builds on work that began back at the design stage.
Technology
CNC machines make it possible to produce the same structural elements precisely and repeatably. But the resulting quality also depends on the right preparation of the data, the production setup and the experience of the people operating the machines.
Inspection
During production we check dimensions, edges and surfaces, and finish by hand the details that call for it. Inspection helps catch deviations before the components move on to installation.
Continuity
The production team works with the documentation for the specific job, and production prepares the components with the next steps in mind. The installers do not have to take the project on from scratch, but build on a solution that is already prepared.
production partner
For architects and designers
Have a finished design? Excellent. We respect your role as the author and discuss any production or technical adjustments with you, so the intent of the project stays intact.
We work with architects and designers on everything from bespoke elements to complete interiors. The supplied design goes through technical preparation, we fine-tune the production details together and, depending on the scope of the project, arrange the installation too.

the benefits for you
One project. One team.
The designer knows the intent of the project. The production engineer turns it into production data. Production prepares the components for installation and the installation team knows which solution it is working from. So you do not have to explain the project over and over to several companies.
- Design, technical preparation, production and installation all work from shared documentation.
- You handle changes in one place, with people who know the project.
- You can influence the budget before production, when materials, scope and individual details can still be adjusted.
- We produce to the approved documentation and solve any technical changes in advance.
- From the first meeting to handover, you work with one partner for the whole project.
