We value your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We keep it human – no unnecessary legalese, but factually complete.

What data we process

From contact and inquiry forms – when you write to us through a form on the website, we process the data you enter:

• first and last name,
• e-mail,
• phone (optional),
• the text of your message,
• depending on the specific form also your location, the topic of your inquiry, or the name of your studio (for the architects' form).

For technical and security reasons (spam protection) we additionally store the time of submission, a hashed (unreadable) form of your IP address, and browser identification. The form content is stored with us and sent to our address as an e-mail notification. We do not send you an automatic confirmation reply.

From website analytics (Google Analytics 4) – helps us understand how the site is used. It runs only after your consent to analytics cookies. Until you consent, nothing is measured. (Analytics is not yet active on the site; it will be enabled once configured.)

From marketing tools (Meta Pixel) – used for measurement and potential remarketing. It loads only with your consent to marketing cookies. (The marketing pixel is not yet deployed; it activates once an identifier is added.)

Necessary technical data – a small cookie holding your consent choice and a login/preview session for content management (applies only to site administrators).

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your inquiry and communication about a project – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract); for general questions Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in replying.
• Website analytics – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent.
• Marketing and remarketing – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent.
• Necessary cookies and site security – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (site functionality, storing your choice, abuse protection).

How long we keep the data

• Cookie consent: 12 months (after which we ask again).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We disclose it only to the extent necessary to the following recipients (processors):

• The web platform and hosting provider – technical operation and storage of the website [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER – name and registered seat of the hosting provider, if it is to be listed].
• Google Ireland Ltd. – only with analytics consent (after Google Analytics is deployed).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – only with marketing consent (after the Meta Pixel is deployed).

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• access – find out what data we process about you,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restriction of processing,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing before it).

Cookies

The website uses cookies in three categories:

• Necessary – required for the basic operation of the site and to store your consent choice. They cannot be turned off.
• Analytics – traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4). Only with your consent.
• Marketing – measurement and remarketing (Meta Pixel). Only with your consent.

Without consent, no analytics or marketing tools are loaded. You can change your choice at any time – click the Cookies link in the site footer; a consent settings window opens where you can grant or withdraw consent. The change takes effect immediately.

Overview of the cookies used:

• cookie_consent (necessary) – stores your cookie consent choice; duration 12 months.
• login/preview session (necessary) – content management and preview, administrators only; lasts for the session.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, analytics) – traffic measurement; duration per GA settings. Active only after deployment and your consent.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp, marketing) – measurement and remarketing; duration per Meta settings. Active only after pixel deployment and your consent.
