Before the first design takes shape, we want to get to know your space, the way you live and what you expect from the new interior. Only then do we look for a solution that flows seamlessly into production and installation with us.

When everything should connect
An interior is a lot of decisions at once. Where the sink goes, which veneer, where the sockets run, whether the fridge opens when you are standing at the counter. Every decision affects the others, and together they all affect the price.
In the design these decisions meet in one place. And, crucially, at a time when they can still be changed easily.
The design team, the production team and the installation team all work on the design together. So already during the design we work out how the interior will be made, how the installation will go and how individual decisions affect the final price. Production and installation then use the same documentation. Thanks to that the whole project connects naturally, without needless handovers between several suppliers.

What you get with the design

Initial consultation and getting to know the project
We sit down to discuss your space, at our place or online. We want to know how you live, what you need and what budget you are working with. You leave with an idea of what is possible in your home. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.

Layout solution
We design how to arrange the space. Where you walk, where things are stored, where light is needed. When the layout does not work, not even the finest materials can save it.

Interior design in 3D
You see your interior before it is built. We fine-tune materials, colours and proportions together at a point when changes are quick, simple and have no impact on production.

Budget for the designed elements and fittings
With the approved design you get a budget for everything in it. That lets you make informed decisions. If you want to invest more in the worktop than in the finish of the cabinets, you know it before production starts.

Choosing and sourcing materials
We choose materials together, with an eye on appearance, durability and price. In our showroom you can touch them. If we go on to carry out the project, we arrange their ordering, delivery and fit with the whole project.

Documentation for the build
When the project moves towards implementation, we prepare technical documentation for the related trades. Electrical, water and waste services, the exact placement of the furniture. The individual trades then work from shared documentation that matches the approved design. Thanks to that there is far less room for extra changes during the build.
The output of the design is a PDF presentation with visual documentation of your project. You get a clear document you can use to decide on the next steps, and which becomes the basis for the whole project.

Why the design is a paid service
A good design is expert work, whether it is done by a designer, an architect or us. It determines how much you invest in the interior and how you will live in it for the next twenty years.
The difference lies in what happens next.
With us the design does not end when it is handed over. The approved design flows on into the preparation of production and installation. There is no needless passing of documents or repeated explaining of the whole project. And we are responsible for the result, from the first line to the handover of the finished interior.
If you build the interior with us, the price of the design is returned to you in full or in part, subject to the terms. So you pay for the first step of the build, not for an extra service.
what to expect
Price overview
Prices include VAT. Before we start the design we specify them according to the complexity of the space, so you know what to expect.
Every design always includes: an initial consultation (about 1.5 hours) free and one round of changes at your request.
If we continue together into the build: measuring the space before production free, expert supervision throughout the installation up to handover of the work, and the option to deduct the price of the design from the price of the build.
Additional services: technical installation documentation from 2 500 CZK per room, further consultations 850 CZK per hour. Commercial spaces are handled individually.

You do not need to work it out in advance. At the consultation we go through the space, the budget and how you make decisions, and we recommend the most suitable option.
A PDF presentation with the project documentation: the layout, 3D visualisations, materials and a budget for the designed elements. We prepare the documentation for the trades when the project moves towards implementation.
No. The design is a standalone service and the decision about the build is entirely yours. If you continue with us, the price of the design is deducted in full or in part from the price of the build, subject to the terms, and the project carries on without interruption.
All the better. When the design is done before the building work is finished, there is time to prepare the electrical, water and waste services properly. The interior then does not run up against finished walls.
Yes. We fine-tune the design together and one round of changes at your request is included in the price. For further major changes to the layout we charge 25 % of the price of the design, and you always know in advance.
The budget is part of the design. So you know the price before production and can influence it while it is still simple.
A great starting point. We regularly work with architects and designers. We respect their vision, fine-tune the production and technical details with them and take care of production and installation.
