Comprehensive interior realization of an office building

In 2023 we were approached by the company Danczek Teplice to take part in a tender for the design and realization of a complete interior of their office building. Our team of designers and technicians prepared an innovative and aesthetically thought-out design, which made a strong impression. After approval, we were entrusted with completing the full interior design including a wide range of details, such as wall shades, floor covering materials and specifications of technical wiring.

The interior design covered every aspect of the spaces, from offices to receptions, meeting rooms and relaxation zones. The design was based on carefully selected materials, which ensure not only visual impact, but also long-term durability and functionality. Egger brand laminate boards were used in several elegant shades: W1100 ST9 (Alpine White), H1318 ST10 (Wild Oak Natural) and U968 ST9 (Carbon Grey) for ordinary offices. For the management spaces we chose a more luxurious finish in the shades H1181 ST37 (Halifax Oak Tobacco) and U899 ST9 (Soft Black).

In cooperation with the customer, we presented and approved in our showroom all the materials that were used in the manufacturing of the furniture. The realization of the project itself took place in 2024 and included the complete furnishing of the offices, management spaces, two receptions, three meeting rooms, nine sanitary facilities and six kitchenettes. It also included the facilities for the building's security and the outdoor terraces, which serve for the relaxation of employees in both summer and winter periods.

The project was complemented with quality equipment, which ensures the comfort and functionality of the spaces. The kitchens were fitted with Electrolux brand appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers and microwave ovens. The sinks and taps from the brand Franke perfectly matched the modern design and underlined the overall aesthetic.
