Modern design of small-footprint apartments

NAVO was approached by clients to design and realize the interior of three residential units in a new building in Prague Holešovice (SO-HO). These small-footprint apartments were conceived with regard to smaller dimensions and the specific needs of rental living. The complete interior design was created within our company, under the leadership of our designer Klára, who successfully combined functionality with modern design, so that the apartments would provide comfortable living space for at least two people.

The construction preparations included comprehensive modifications of the electrical installation, water and waste systems, the preparation and installation of lighting and subsequent painting. All these steps were carried out with maximum care, in order to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents. For the manufacturing of the furniture, material from the Austrian company EGGER was used, which is known for its quality and aesthetic appearance. The decor U750 ST9 (Taupe Grey) gives the interior a modern and sophisticated look, which is at the same time very practical.

Each apartment is fitted with Elektrolux brand appliances, including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen sink, tap and extractor hood are from the brand Franke, which guarantees high quality and a long life. The design also included standard furniture, including a sofa, dining table and chairs, which complement the overall aesthetic impression and provide high comfort.

One of the key elements of the interior are the Woodpasta acoustic veneered panels, which not only improve the acoustics of the space, but also give the interior an elegant and modern look. These panels were carefully selected to match the overall design and contribute to the coziness and comfort of the residents.

The realization of these residential units in Prague Holešovice is another example of our ability to create a harmonious and functional space, which corresponds to the demanding requirements of modern living.
