Modern design of small flats

NAVO was approached by clients to design and realize the interiors of three residential units in a new building in Prague Holešovice (SO-HO). These small-size apartments were designed with their limited space and the specific needs of rental housing in mind. The entire interior design was created in-house under the guidance of our designer Klára, who successfully combined functionality with modern design to ensure that the apartments provide comfortable living spaces for at least two people.

Construction preparations included complex modifications to the electrical, water, and waste systems, as well as the preparation and installation of lighting, followed by painting. All these steps were carried out with the utmost care to ensure the comfort and safety of the occupants. For the production of the furniture, materials from the Austrian company EGGER were used, known for their quality and aesthetic appeal. The U750 ST9 (Taupe Grey) decor gives the interior a modern and sophisticated look that is also very practical.

Each apartment is equipped with Electrolux appliances, including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen sink, mixer tap, and extractor hood are all from Franke, ensuring high quality and durability. The design also included standard furniture, such as a sofa, dining table, and chairs, which complete the overall aesthetic impression and provide high comfort.

One of the key elements of the interior is the Woodpasta acoustic veneer panels, which not only improve the acoustics of the space but also give the interior a sleek and modern look. These panels were carefully selected to match the overall design and contribute to the cosiness and comfort of the occupants.
